Now Leasing: Space Coast’s First New Luxury Apartment Complex in 8 Years

A new Class A apartment complex is coming out of the ground, offering new luxury housing stock to workers of some of the Florida Space Coast’s largest employers.

Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group is on track to complete its first homes in May at the 282-unit Marisol at Viera apartment complex in Brevard County’s Viera community.

The project — which broke ground last July as the first luxury apartment complex built in Viera in eight years — announced the opening of a temporary leasing office at 2261 Town Center Avenue, Suite 145, in Viera.

Wieland-Davco Corp. is the project general contractor, The Preston Partnership LLC is handling design and landscape architecture, and BSE Consultants Inc. is the engineer.

The project is being built along Interstate 95, with access to nearby beaches and good proximity to jobs, including employers like Harris Corp., Northrop Grumman Corp., Health First Inc. and Brevard County Schools.

“We are very proud of the design and hard work that has gone into our latest project,” said Michael Blair, Pollack Shores managing director of development, in a prepared statement. “We hope that the residents of Viera really connect with the lifestyle offered by this walkable community with upscale finishes and incredible amenities.”

The complex will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with large balconies, plank flooring, large kitchen islands and stainless steel appliances. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and bar with cabanas, fitness center and dog park.

The project is scheduled for an October completion.
