Pollack Shores Begins Construction on FL Luxury Community

The 238,000-square-foot development will comprise three buildings encompassing 237 apartments. The project is set for completion in 15 months.

Pollack Shores began construction on its new luxury apartment community located on the lakeshore of Maitland, Fla. The community will begin development within the next 60 days after the former Maitland Shores apartment demolition is complete.

The 238,000-square-foot development will comprise three buildings encompassing 237 apartments. Unit features include high-end finishes such as quartz and granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring and stainless steel appliances. Residents will have access to amenities such as a resort-style pool; an outdoor kitchen and bar area; access to kayaks, canoes and paddle boats on Lake Gem; access to a newly rebuilt fishing dock with gathering areas and fire pits; 20 private garages and walking and biking trails.

Pollack acquired the property from SES Group Maitland Shores Ltd. Poole & Poole Architecture is handling design for the project, while Oxford Construction will serve as general contractor. Matrix Residential will manage the community. The project is set for completion within the next 15 months.
