Pollack Shores Begins Work on New Luxury Multifamily Development in Buckhead Area of Atlanta

New 345-Unit Apartment Community to Replace Mid-Rise Office Building

Atlanta, GA (June 29, 15) – Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (“PSREG”) recently commenced work on its 8^th new development in the metro Atlanta area.  Demolition of a mid-rise office building at 1888 Emery Street in the Buckhead area of Atlanta is now underway to allow for the development of Millworks, a 345-unit luxury apartment community.

Millworks provides a walkable residential community with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping and Interstate 75. Amenities for the one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments include a resort style pool, outdoor kitchen and bar with cabanas, a dog park and spa, bocce ball courts, a game room and a multi-purpose art and events studio. Units at Millworks feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring and under mount sinks.
