Pollack Shores Enters into Raleigh Market with Two Luxury Multifamily Projects

POLLACK SHORES ENTERS INTO RALEIGH MARKET WITH TWO LUXURY MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS

Atlanta, GA/Raleigh, NC (February 16) – Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (“PSREG”), which recently won the National Association of Home Builders Development Firm of the Year award, announced plans to build two upscale, multifamily developments. The Dakota is located on Nowell Road while the property on Davis Drive whose name has yet to be decided can be found at the corner of Davis Drive and Hopson Road in Research Triangle Park. Both developments will open in the Raleigh market in early 2017.

The property on Davis Drive will have 330-units and The Dakota will consist of 314-units. Each project will boast top-of-the-line finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plank flooring.

Residents at The Dakota will be able to indulge at the resort-style pool and courtyard with a bocce ball court, a state of the art fitness facility and a dog park. Residents at the property on Davis Drive will enjoy a second floor fitness center complete with yoga and spinning rooms, a clubroom including an upscale kitchen and café, a resort style pool and courtyard, and a community gaming and TV lounge.
