Pollack Shores Real Estate Group LLC, an Atlanta apartment developer perhaps best known for its flashy intown projects, is taking a drive to the suburbs.

The company has filed plans with Cobb County to develop a 296-unit apartment community on 22 acres on the south side of Ernest Barrett Parkway.

The project is scheduled for a Planning Commission hearing on Feb. 7, 2017.

It’s not Pollack Shores’ first venture OTP (outside the Perimeter). Last May, the company closed on a parcel at 5901 Peachtree-Dunwoody Road where the company plans to build 425 luxury apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
