Pollack Shores' Residents Move into Newest Luxury Community in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA/Tampa, FL (August 2015) – Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (“PSREG”) announced that its first residents for The Monroe are moving into the new upscale community located near the famous Bobby Jones Golf Course today.

The Monroe is a high-end multifamily development with 217 luxury units boasting granite and quartz countertops, plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, shaker style cabinetry, under mount sinks overlooking 1.5 acres of private parks and the golf course.

The Monroe is scheduled to have the community complete in early 2017. Matrix Residential, the multi-family residential management division of Pollack Shores, will manage the property.
