RangeWater Breaks Ground in Charlotte on Residences Along Doby Creek Greenway

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 12, 2021) – RangeWater Real Estate has broken ground on The Kendry, the multifamily real estate company’s latest project in Charlotte, N.C.

The Class A apartment project will have 300 residences in three buildings with a clubhouse and courtyard pool in a beautiful wooded setting on 56 acres. Construction is expected to be completed in 2022. The project is located 1029 West W.T. Harris Boulevard in Charlotte.
