Alison Turner is the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, she oversees the recruiting efforts for all divisions of RangeWater to support the Company’s growth.

Alison joined RangeWater in 2014. Her experience started onsite at a lease-up. Since then, she spent four years on the RangeWater Operations Team reporting across all platforms and asset types. Alison began recruiting for RangeWater in 2015 and continues to support the company’s growth into several new markets. She partners with several Universities throughout the country to recruit candidates studying Real Estate and similar areas of focus. Alison serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Georgia Residential Property Management Program. Her expertise in Recruiting has awarded her many opportunities to speak on industry panels.

Alison graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. She resides in East Atlanta with her husband, Nicolas, and children, Nico and Roma. She was elected to be on the Director Advisory Board for the Early Learning Center for her daughter’s school in Dekalb County.
