Amanda Hillmon is the Director of Operations for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Amanda oversees Ancillary Services, Operational reporting, Property compliance as well as various strategic projects, with an emphasis on process improvement, efficiency, and project management. Her effective leadership and collaborative approach foster a culture of continuous learning and development, resulting in increased operational efficiency and property performance. 

Amanda joined the RangeWater team in 2011 and has more than 15 years of experience in multifamily property management, which includes time working in affordable and student housing, new and mixed use developments, and renovation projects. 

Amanda graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She is an active volunteer with the Atlanta Apartment Association, and has served as a fundraiser for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. She also currently serves on the Valued Industry Partner committee for the Institute of Real Estate Management GA Chapter, where she helps foster meaningful interactions between Industry Partners and property management teams.
