Andrew Wittgen is the Executive Managing Director of Property Management for RangeWater Real Estate. In his role, he oversees the operational performance of the firm with a focus on business intelligence, strategic growth, and client relations.
Andrew’s diverse background includes over 25 years of experience with on-site management, property operations, construction management, acquisitions, and dispositions management. In his time at RangeWater, Andrew closed on the acquisition and disposition of over 10,000 units with a total capitalization of over $1.5 billion. He is also responsible for the successful execution of more than $75 million in exterior and interior renovations for properties in the firm’s portfolio.
Andrew joined RangeWater in 2010 after serving as Vice President of Operations in the for-sale housing division for a property management company specializing in condominium conversions and property management. In his first year at RangeWater, he successfully launched the firm’s property management subsidiary and transitioned several assets from third-party to in-house management.
Andrew is an active member of National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), the Atlanta Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, from which he earned his CAPS designation. He is a board member for Lassiter Lacrosse. A double major graduate of Indiana University, Andrew lives in Marietta with his wife, Kris, and children John, Joe, and Mallory.
