Anthony Everett

As Partner and Director of Central Florida at RangeWater Real Estate, Anthony Everett oversees the firm’s development and operations in the Central Florida region. His duties include identifying new opportunities, strategic planning and the oversight and execution of target goals to achieve successful outcomes for the firm and its investors.

Since joining RangeWater in 2011, Anthony has overseen the development of more than 3,000 units in Central Florida. Noteworthy projects include Noho Flats, Havana Square, and The Princeton at College Park, among others.

Anthony has been a leader in the multifamily industry in the Southeastern United States for more than 20 years. Prior to joining RangeWater, he directed the management, development, acquisition and disposition of approximately 30,000 multifamily units. He has extensive experience in both rental and for-sale properties. Anthony has completed seven condominium conversions, and successfully closed out projects prior to the significant declines that Anthony anticipated in the real estate markets. For more than 15 years, he also served as a special consultant for a real estate investment company where he completed the planning, development and construction of more than 3,200 multifamily units in Central Florida.

Anthony is a graduate of Emory University and the University of Florida. He is a fourth-generation resident of Tampa, where he resides with his wife and two children. Anthony also sits on several charitable boards including The Tampa General Hospital Foundation and The American Cancer Society. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, hunting, scuba diving, fishing, and boating.
