Brent is a Manager in the Capital Markets group at RangeWater Real Estate. His primary responsibilities include sourcing equity, negotiating JV documents, sourcing and negotiating construction debt on new ground-up developments, modeling investor financials for all active deals, and management of RangeWater’s current fund platform.

Prior to joining the team in October 2018, he was an associate at a commercial real estate advisory and asset management group where he spent a year and a half working on asset management for several different bridge lenders based out of New York for all asset types across the country, and another year and a half underwriting multifamily loans for the agencies and its seller servicers. He began his career in the commercial real estate industry in Washington as a research associate for two years, where he spent one year focused on researching sales comps and one year focused on multifamily market and submarket analysis in the southeast.

Brent graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics. He lives in Dacula, GA, with his wife, Lauren, and dogs, Chip and Queso.
