Brian Brantley is the Director of Information Technology at RangeWater Real Estate. Covering the daily operations of the Information Technology department, Brian’s responsibilities include the support of the users in the corporate office and all RangeWater properties. In addition, he is tasked with the future development of RangeWater Information Systems to maintain the company’s position at the forefront of the industry.

Brian joined RangeWater in 2018 with over 19 years in operations and technology roles in the commercial construction and multifamily industries. He currently oversees a team that supports Yardi, Onesite and Entrata for property accounting and property management as well as the ancillary products that cover marketing, screening, resident relations, etc. He is responsible for the evaluation, procurement and implementation of all business systems for corporate and property locations.

Brian is a former Marine and avid diver. He has resided in Atlanta for over 20 years with his wife and son.
