Chase is the Director of Build-to-Rent (BTR) within the Capital Markets group at RangeWater Real Estate. He is responsible for working with all divisions in executing the business strategy across RangeWater’s entire BTR platform. This includes coordinating with the Development and Acquisitions teams on the execution and growth of the BTR pipeline in all geographies, managing debt and equity capitalization efforts with the Capital Markets group, and working with RangeWater’s Property and Asset Management teams with respect to all BTR initiatives, programming, and performance. Chase also leads RangeWater’s research and business analytics to help drive RangeWater’s BTR communications and strategic decision-making with its internal team, as well as with its partners and clients.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Chase worked in the real estate private equity group of The Related Companies, a leading global real estate development firm, where he was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of approximately $1.1 billion in real estate transactions. While at Related, Chase led due diligence and underwriting efforts for over $20 billion in investment opportunities, with a focus on value-add residential, office, and hotel properties. Prior to Related, Chase held acquisitions, asset management, and investment sales brokerage roles with ASB Real Estate and Eastdil Secured.

Chase holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in real estate and finance, and he also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). Chase lives in Atlanta with his wife, Alison, and daughter, Julia. In his leisure time, he enjoys golf, music, and spending time with family and friends.
