Daniel Surovets is a Senior Director of Capital Projects for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Daniel administers the renovation design from site planning through construction documents construction pricing, construction schedules, and budgets, and the turnover of completed projects. He oversees renovations, large capital projects, design, and construction.

Daniel joined RangeWater in 2019 and has more than 27 years of experience in property management. He has extensive knowledge in development, capital project management, and maintenance.

Daniel is currently certified EPA Universal, CPO, OSHA, asbestos and lead remediation, mold inspection, and remediation. Daniel currently resides in the Atlanta area.
