Dave Anderson is the Senior Director of Corporate Accounting for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Dave oversees corporate, development, and fund accounting. His responsibilities include accounting, tax, financial reporting and analysis, financial planning, and human resource activities. He also serves as a liaison for RangeWater’s external CPA firm in the preparation of audited financial statements and tax returns.

Dave started his career in the audit practice of a Big 4 public accounting firm. He later joined the real estate platform of an investment bank as an Officer of fund accounting, focusing primarily on their multi-family portfolio. Prior to joining RangeWater, he served as the Director of Finance for an Atlanta-based commercial contractor.

Dave earned a master’s and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of CFMA. Dave lives in Marietta, GA, with his wife, Julie, and two children, Owen and Elise.
