Drew Lewis is the Managing Director of Asset Management for RangeWater Real Estate. In his role, Drew manages equity and debt relationships and oversees the operations, performance, and asset health associated with a portfolio of stabilized and ground up development multifamily and mixed-use properties. He has over 12 years’ experience in real estate finance, deal structuring, GAAP accounting, acquisition underwriting and asset management.

Prior to joining RangeWater in 2021, Drew held positions in investment management, accounting, acquisitions, and development at two Atlanta based, multifamily owner/operators. His experience spans across conventional, affordable/LIHTC, ground up development and build-to-rent homes across the Southwest and Southeast.

Drew earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in Accounting.

An avid runner and passionate golfer, Drew lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, Righton, and two sons, Lawton and Miller.
