Fannie Thomas is the Senior Director of Software Services for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Fannie is responsible for the overall systems training of the onsite employees, troubleshooting software systems, write current and up-to-date training classes, oversees the corporate library of motivational and training documents and participate in conversation of onsite software.

Fannie joined RangeWater in 2018 and has worked in the multifamily industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining RangeWater, she previously worked for an assortment of property management companies in various capacities ranging from director to manager of operations. Throughout her time in the industry, Fannie’s expertise and leadership have helped her teams to thrive. She has been instrumental in developing online courses utilized in a learning management environment, and also crafted company policies that guided operations in a number of key areas, including acquisitions and due diligence, document management, lease support, onboarding guidelines, and software training.

Fannie attended Winston-Salem State College and earned an Associate’s degree in Science at Shorter University. She also holds a NC Real Estate Salesperson License, a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Designation, and an AIT Certification through NAAEI, and she is a facilitator for RealPage Train the Trainer courses.

Fannie is active in the Georgia Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, and she currently resides in Woodstock, Georgia.
