Goldie Bartlett is the Senior Managing Director of Property Management for the Southeast. She is a values-driven, results-oriented leader with a passion for driving performance through coaching and developing high-performing teams that ensure quality and consistency in operations. 

In her new role, Goldie will oversee and support all aspects of property operations in the Southeast, including Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia, with a focus on maximizing the value of each asset through a collaborative, process-driven, and performance-centric approach.

Most recently, Goldie held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at a vertically integrated national real estate development and property management firm. During her twelve-year tenure as a founding member of the management division, she was instrumental in the management company's growth to the current 25,000+ units under management. Goldie's responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of operations for the Eastern half of the national portfolio, generating revenue exceeding $10M annually for the company. Through strategic and thoughtful management strategies, she led teams to successfully execute over 100 lease-ups through stabilization and disposition and to maximize the NOI of assets in the stabilized and value-add life cycles.

During her twenty-two-year career in property management, Goldie has held leadership roles with several notable organizations, including Wood Partners, Greystar Real Estate Services, and Camden Property Trust.  She has led operations in highly competitive markets spanning across the Sun Belt, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions. Prior to starting her career in property management, Goldie had a twelve-year career in Retail Management, holding various leadership roles for national retailers.

Outside of work, Goldie enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is an avid reader and enjoys playing the trumpet, running, and distance high-elevation hiking. Her philanthropic pursuits include sponsoring children through a humanitarian advocacy organization and fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
