Janice Bontempo is the Property Services and Capital Projects Manager for RangeWater Real Estate.  In this role, Janice works closely with the Capital Projects and Regional Service teams in multiple facets related to capital improvements, construction, property inspections, and contract management and execution.

Janice joined RangeWater in 2022. Her experience includes working for an Atlanta based real estate development company creating high quality mixed-use residential and office spaces. Her responsibilities included property management and capital improvements for the company’s assets. In addition, Janice worked closely with the development team on identifying and executing new opportunities.

Janice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.  She resides in Atlanta with her two children.
