Jay is Director of Acquisition for the Southeast at RangeWater. In this role, Jay's responsibilities include underwriting, preparation of the capital stack, and due diligence for acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining RangeWater, Jay worked as an assistant project manager in Washington, DC for five years. While there, he oversaw the construction of a 12-story office building and an 11-story multifamily project totaling over $100 million. Additionally, Jay also coordinated planning and development schedules for projects valued in excess of $600 million.

Jay graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from George Washington University and was a member of the varsity baseball team. After his stint in Washington, DC, Jay returned home to Atlanta to earn his MBA from Emory University, where he was a member of the Real Estate Club and Private Equity Board. In his free time, Jay enjoys playing golf and squash, cheering on Atlanta sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
