Jeff Anderson is the Construction Manager for RangeWater Real Estate in the Arizona market. In this role, Jeff oversees the development and construction of multifamily development projects in the Phoenix area.

With over 25 years of construction and development experience, Jeff is a seasoned construction professional. His construction and development portfolio includes a diverse mix of product types including Garden Style, Podium and Wrap Multifamily buildings, Senior Living facilities, Student Housing buildings as well as a long list of Commercial and Retail projects.

After serving 3 years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer/Construction Specialist, Jeff went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.  When Jeff is not out enjoying the desert on his mountain bike, he can be found at a hockey rink somewhere in North America watching his son play competitive youth hockey.
