Jeremy works in the Acquisitions group as an Investment Manager for RangeWater Real Estate. His responsibilities include underwriting, due diligence, project financing, asset management, and disposition.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Jeremy was an underwriting analyst and assisted in the underwriting and closing of over $250 million in FHA insured loans for both affordable and market-rate multifamily properties. Jeremy’s career in real estate began as a real property appraiser in metro Atlanta.

Jeremy graduated with honors from the University of West Georgia with a BBA in Finance and Management. He earned his Master of Science degree in Real Estate with honors from Georgia State University. Jeremy enjoys cheering on Atlanta sports teams, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
