Kaleb Fehr is a Construction Manager at RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Kaleb oversees the design and construction of multifamily development projects in the Atlanta area.

Kaleb joined RangeWater in 2021. He brings to RangeWater 10 years of collective experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction and engineering. Kaleb previously worked for two General Contractors in Fort Collins, Colorado and completed projects totaling $100 million in value. Kaleb also holds a Professional Engineer License in the state of Colorado from his early career as a structural engineer.

Kaleb graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a master’s degree in Civil Engineering. He enjoys the outdoors, being active, reading and spending time with his family.
