As an Assistant Controllerat RangeWater Real Estate, Kathelin is responsible in overseeing the daily, monthly, and annual accounting for multifamily properties. She monitors and analyzes accounting data to generate accurate financial reports and statements. Kathelin assists the Accounting Department in establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

Kathelin joined RangeWater Real Estate in October 2018 after relocating from New York. She made the transition from working in the public accounting field to now private accounting. Kathelin has experience with audit and tax preparation as well as preparing financial statements for companies in various industries.

Kathelin holds a Bachelor’s degree of Administration in Accounting with a Minor in Management and Leadership from Dowling College. She is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and is in pursuit of her certification in the state of Georgia. Kathelin lives in Atlanta and enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and discovering new restaurants to indulge in different cuisines.
