Kori Korczyk is the Design Director for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Kori leads the planning and design process for repositioned and new development projects, while implementing technical decisions to support the project’s creative vision.

Kori joined the RangeWater team in 2023, where she brings her experience in residential, multi-family, and office design. She holds her NCIDQ and continues to be a curious learner. While she loves design, she truly enjoys the collaboration process and building client relationships. She has won awards and recognition in the multi-family and residential industries.

Kori attended West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and her cat Bix.
