Leigh Stevens is the Director of Property Services for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Leigh oversees all property service operations and initiatives, and works closely with our training department to develop and implement RangeWater’s Service Academy curriculum which is responsible for service team member technical and professional development.

Leigh is a DoD Master Instructor, DDI Certified Facilitator (Development Dimensions International) and he also has been a Certified Pool Operator Instructor for 10 years.

Leigh joined RangeWater in 2022. His experience includes working in multi-family and a general contractor in Florida. His multi-family experience spans across conventional and tax credit properties. Prior to joining RangeWater, Leigh worked with HD Supply for 11 years as a product trainer and the manager of the customer training team for 7 years.

Leigh lives in Tampa, FL.  He is a proud USAF Veteran. His daughter and grandson live in Austin, TX. He is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and played on the US Air Force Rugby team.
