Mac is a Development Manager at RangeWater Real Estate. He focuses on the development of new garden-style and mid-rise projects in the Central Florida region. Mac is responsible for supporting all aspects of each project and is heavily involved from initial underwriting through disposition. This includes project design, financing, obtaining municipal approvals, managing project budgets and schedules, construction execution, and lease-up.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Mac worked in land and retail acquisitions with a focus on site identification, underwriting and contract negotiations. He has a wide range of real estate experience in asset management, construction administration and brokerage.

Mac holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Georgia Tech.
