Matt Schoemann is part of RangeWater’s Asset Management team. His responsibilities include handling due diligence on acquisition & dispositions, property analysis, and financial reporting as well as helping with day-to-day asset management duties. Since joining RangeWater in 2015, Matt has been involved in over $2 billion worth of multifamily real estate transactions.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Matt worked for The American Home Real Estate Investment Trust, a real estate investor & property management company. It was at The American Home that he assisted with the sale of the entire 2,500 property portfolio worth over $250 million.

Matt graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Accountancy. A current resident of Atlanta, Matt enjoys golf, cooking, traveling with his fiancé, and hanging with his dogs, Gavin and Izzy.
