Matthew Beck is a Director of Development focusing on the West Coast of Florida. Matthew is responsible for land acquisition in these markets, as well as managing the development of build-to-rent, mid-rise and garden multifamily projects—from entitlements, site planning and design through construction, lease-up, and disposition. 

Matthew has closed on or managed the development of 2,500 multifamily units in Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, and Nashville. Prior to joining RangeWater, Matthew was director of real estate advisory for a New York City-based firm and has a background in politics and public policy. 

Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, a Master’s degree in Public Policy from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Bloomington. Matthew lives in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
