Michael is the Managing Director of Acquisitions at RangeWater responsible for capital formation, investor relations and sourcing investment opportunities in the Southwest United States.

Michael’s diverse background includes more than a decade of real estate experience with acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, brokerage and marketing. Prior to joining RangeWater, he was a Vice President at Crow Holdings Capital where he was focused on multifamily cradle to grave investing in the central and eastern United States. While at Crow he was involved in over $2B of transactions across the country. Prior to his time at Crow, he held various brokerage positions at CB Richard Ellis.

Michael graduated with a degree in finance from the McDonough School of Business from Georgetown University and is an active member of the Texas Real Estate Council (TREC) and National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). Michael resides in Dallas with his wife, Whitney, and two children, Duncan and Vivienne.
