Michael Oliver is a Managing Director of Development at RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Michael is responsible for sourcing and managing development opportunities in Northeast Florida. Additionally, Michael oversees RangeWater’s Olea-branded, age-targeted business.

Michael has led the successful development of 1,500 multifamily units across the following Southeastern markets – Jacksonville, Melbourne (FL), Charlotte, and Charleston. Prior to RangeWater, Michael worked for a general contractor in Washington, D.C.

Michael received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
