As Managing Director of Development at RangeWater Real Estate, Nick is responsible for the firm’s development and operations in major markets such as Dallas, Houston, and Austin. He focuses on identifying new opportunities and leading the oversight and execution of development projects throughout the region.

Nick has over 18 years of real estate experience and has spent time in development, acquisitions, and structured finance. As Development Director for one of the nation’s largest multifamily developers, Nick oversaw all aspects of real estate development for more than 4,000 multifamily units in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He also has a deep knowledge and understanding of investment and capital markets after working for some of the nation’s largest financial institutions.

Nick has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and is involved in ULI and The Real Estate Council of Dallas. Nick enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
