Nora Richards is the Assistant Controller of Development at RangeWater Real Estate. With more than eight years of real estate accounting experience, Nora manages a team of accountants and assists the development team in the execution of RangeWater development projects. Her team is responsible for the full cycle accounting of 30+ multifamily and mixed-use development projects, including monthly financial statement preparation, investor and lender reporting, cash flow analysis, construction draw preparation and accounts payable processing. She also serves as the liaison for both external audit and tax professionals in the preparation of GAAP-basis and tax-basis audited financial statements and tax returns.

Nora joined RangeWater in 2014, with a background in audit. She has worked on both the development and corporate accounting teams where she has gained an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, learned the complexities of development, and built an extensive knowledge-base of RangeWater’s business practices and portfolio.

Nora is an Atlanta native and graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting in 2013. In her free time, Nora enjoys riding and showing her Clydesdale horse, Eli, and playing card and board games with her friends and family. She lives in Marietta with her husband, Stephen, and two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Addie and Rosie.
