Paul T. Cox is the Senior Project Manager for RangeWater Construction. In this role, Paul manages construction operations and monitors the overall performance of the Atlanta Market. Paul has been a Certified General Contractor in the state of Florida for 15 years and is NASCLA certified to permit work in more than15 other states.  

Paul joined RangeWater in 2022. Paul has extensive construction knowledge in the multi-family arena with 25 years of experience, including conventional commercial, student housing, assisted living, townhomes, condominiums and market rate multi-family assets across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. 

Paul attended Jacksonville State University. He resides in Buford, GA with his wife, Leslie, two sons, Braxton and Reagan, and his daughter, Emma. He is an avid UGA, Braves and Falcons fan and attends most UGA football games in the fall. Paul spends most warm weekends boating with his family on Lake Sidney Lanier.
