Rebecca M. Delahaye is the Software Manager for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Rebecca helps oversee software support to all users, answer questions, and resolve problems for clients and properties.

Rebecca joined RangeWater in June 2016. Her experience started as a marketing representative and she has worked her way up to Associate Community Director, and now Software Manager. She placed second for Red Hot Leaser of the Year in 2017 and won Marketing Representative of the Year in 2018. She was nominated for Associated Community Director of the Year two years in a row as well in 2019 & 2020. Her attention to detail and ability to empathize with prospects & residents alike have helped her as she continues to grow.

Rebecca graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and taught elementary school for three years before joining the RangeWater family. Property management runs in the family, as both her oldest sisters Stephanie & Laura started in the business, and Laura is still with the RangeWater family as well. She relocated from sunny Florida and resides in McDonough, GA.
