Rob Sucher is the Managing Director of Development at RangeWater Real Estate. In his role, Rob is responsible for identifying and analyzing development opportunities in Georgia and surrounding markets, raising debt and equity capital, and managing project execution.

Rob joined RangeWater in 2021, previously worked at Greystar, Johnson Development Associates, and RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. providing a wide range of development experience across multiple disciplines and product types throughout the Southeast.

Rob graduated from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons, and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.
