Shaun is a Senior Director of Property Management for RangeWater Real Estate. Shaun oversees 12 Regional Directors that have a combined portfolio of 100 communities and over 28,000 units currently under management primarily in Florida but also in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. His focus is on the profitability of his portfolio with an emphasis on total revenue growth. His duties include building effective on-site teams and implementing RangeWater’s company initiatives specific to his clients.  He also works closely with the new business development team to increase RangeWater’s presence in the state of Florida.

Shaun joined RangeWater in 2013 and helped the firm achieve significant revenue growth through the management, recruitment, budget creation, and reporting processes of several Florida properties. He also played an integral role in assisting several Regional Directors in the day-to-day operations of their respective markets. Shaun has a passion for building strong teams that produce at a high level of excellence within budgeted guidelines. He has been instrumental in getting the teams involved in local apartment associations and special events, including Legislative Days at the State Capital and Maintenance Mania.

Shaun attended Clayton State University where he studied business management and holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Manager (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA). He was an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando where he served on the Membership Committee and Young Professionals Committee, the Bay Area Apartment Association, and the Space Coast Apartment Association.
