Taylor Alford is the Corporate Communications & Events Manager for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Taylor manages RangeWater’s corporate marketing initiatives, and media relations to ensure the overall execution of the brand. This includes managing the company’s social media accounts, executing corporate events, managing the Rangewater branded merchandise store, graphic design, and corporate communications. Her efforts, in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team, have led to National recognition from IREM, various Business Chronicles, and Apartment Associations.

Taylor joined RangeWater in 2017 as a Marketing Representative. With a focus on lease-up communities, Taylor quickly established herself as a top performer. Taylor’s hard work and dedication earned her several awards, including the Ultimate Advanced Leaser in 2018, National Apartment Association’s twenty in their 20’s in 2019, Red Hot Leaser in 2020, and RangeWater’s Marketing Representative of the year in 2020. These awards reflect Taylor’s exceptional work ethic and deep understanding of the multifamily industry.

Taylor studied Public Relations at the University of Southern California and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
