Tequila Zell is the Senior Project Manager for RangeWater’s Asset Management Group and has played an instrumental role in the firm’s rapid growth. Tequila oversees the design and construction aspects of all acquired rehab projects. She administers the renovation design from site planning through construction documents and also helps manage permitting, construction pricing, construction schedules and budgets, and the turnover of completed projects.

Prior to joining the RangeWater team, Tequila worked as an onsite community director for the firm’s in-house management side. Her previous experience includes a specialized focus on renovation projects and condominium conversions.

Tequila graduated Cum Laude from The University of Georgia. She resides in Berkeley Lake and enjoys spending time with her three sons and husband.
