Managing Director of Experience

Tiffanie Dowd is the Managing Director of Experience for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Tiffanie enjoys fulfilling a wide range of responsibilities including company culture initiatives and overall employee engagement. Tiffanie oversees the training and experience team’s efforts which includes the design, enhancement, implementation, and reporting of on-site and corporate leadership development, reputation management programs, and RangeWater’s unique Artist in Residency (AIR) experiences.  Fueled by her passion for community service, Tiffanie serves on the board for the RangeWater Impact Foundation. With her varied project coordination experience, she uses her collaborative leadership style to chair RWIF committees to facilitate community connections and raise philanthropic dollars to positively impact neighborhoods in which RangeWater serves.

In her previous role with RangeWater, Tiffanie’s visionary perspective earned her the opportunity to serve as General Manager where she successfully launched the residential operations for the Southeast’s first experiential mixed-used development of its kind. Her experience in multifamily spans two decades across both onsite management and regional director roles for a variety of asset classes including Class A lease-ups, high-rise, stabilized, value-add, and mixed-use developments.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Tiffanie developed a knack for creating memorable guest experiences during her tenure at a multinational entertainment and media conglomerate. Meanwhile, she acquired an associate in arts degree from Valencia College and later earned her BA in marketing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. She also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix along with a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. Her passion for hospitality, creativity, and innovation coupled by her commitment as a life-long learner led her to achieve the Horst Schulze Hospitality Certificate of Service Excellence in 2021.

She has lived in Atlanta, GA for the past 20 years. In her downtime, she is happiest on a spontaneous weekend getaway or cross-country road trip traveling with her husband, Joe, and her son, Drew.
