Travis joined RangeWater in 2016 as a Marketing Representative, following several years of experience in the fine dining industry. Through commitment and dedication, Travis's trajectory led him to become an experienced Community Director. As a Community Director, he assisted in the lease-up and sale of numerous luxury multifamily and build-to-rent communities. His accomplishments extended across diverse markets in both Georgia and Florida, stretching from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa.

Travis Walton is a licensed realtor with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy. In addition to performing to a few plays, improv, and dinner theatre. He has also been recognized as one of Atlanta’s Funniest Apartment Professional. He currently resides in St. Pete with his feline companion, occasionally telling a funny joke or two.
