Zach Rives is the Corporate Accounting Manager at RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Zach assists the Assistant Corporate Controller and Corporate Controller with all accounting matters of the corporate and investment entities. His responsibilities include monthly financial reporting, financial forecasting, lender compliance reporting, and assistance with the annual financial audits and tax returns.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Zach worked as an Assurance Manager for Aprio where he specialized in the real estate industry.

Zach received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama. He and his wife live in Atlanta, GA with their two cats. When he isn’t accounting for things, he enjoys playing music, watching football, and spending time with friends.
