Beginning in pre-development, RangeWater's property management team partnered with the developers of Avalon, an 86-acre mixed-use community in the heart of Alpharetta, GA, aiming to redefine the suburban multifamily standard.
RangeWater understood the developer's goals and offered guidance on unit mixes and finishes to attract a uniquely affluent and discerning renter. We curated boutique experiences and events to enhance the resident experience consistent with the developer's vision for the broader community. We set the highest standards for resident service in the market.
RangeWater's management strategy maximized value for the owner. We leased 526 units across two phases—Haven and Veranda—at average market rents unprecedented in the Alpharetta submarket. Five years after initial delivery, Haven and Veranda continue to lead the submarket under RangeWater's superior management.
